Help: New MSI 831, 3dmark 2001 Problems ??

Hi Gang,


Got a new MSI 8831geforce 2 pro, 64 meg card.

Ran 3dmark 2k1, default: Got this error on at least 3 tests "Can't run test, not supported by hardware"

Nature, envir. bump mapping, pixel shader.

Have tried included drivers (12.00) and 1080 reference drivers and no go.

Score is 2919 *but* it didn't run those tests?

System: Abit bh-6 1.0, P3 650@806, 192 Ram.

Only GF3's run both the tests..

enviromental bump mapping is supported by Radeon, and GF3's only..

and pixel shading I think is only supported by GF3

Hey I got a question. What does the nature scene look like. I've seen the software version, but it doesn't do much. Does it run at fast frames?

And what does the pixel shade test look like?

Natuer scene looks amazing on my Radeon, not the fastest in the world but if games start looking that good I am going to be very happy.

Your Radeon can do the Nature test?? Or just the demo?
