help - new case, 8-in-1 wires won't reach now

Moved my mini ATX and components from my Medion into a bigger case so I can add some 5.5 drives, but dadgum it, now my 8-in-1 panel won't reach the pin connects on the mobo.

No doubt a dumb question - but what's the easiest/safest way to extend these? I've searched google and can't find extension cables (ribbon or round) for that would seem work. Maybe I just don't know where to look. There are 3 cables, all are about 2 inches too short now:

18 pin (9x2) USB
10 pin (5x2) audio
10 pin (5x2) firewire

Suggestions?

So for the 10-pin extension cable I need, for example, which connectors from this page? I can't tell from the descriptions.

and perhaps the tool. but for 10 pins, something like a block of wood will work fine.

i cannot for the life of me find anything for 18 pins. depending on how things are, you may do well just using a 20 pin connector...

furthermore, it may be possible to modifiy what you have now to make use of a slightly different implementation. what i am thinking of will mean cutting the cables you have now.

Gosh thanks Mday. I can' t find anything 18-pin either!! Strange isn't it? To be sure this isn't the only motherboard in the world that has this socket? The way they present it it seems so standard. Obviously not.

thing is, these things are made. whether or not a vendor chooses to carry them is a different issue =\
