hey guys !

just got the money today  !

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

gaming basically such as MAX Payne3,BF3...etc..

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

$1500 MAX !

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

US. "Amazon.com"

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

No Brand preference.

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

No parts will be used .

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

yes, planning on OCing my rig .

8. What resolution will you be using?

1080p .

9. WHEN do you plan to build it?

about a week or So from today .

EDIT: I'm thinking about these parts :

CPU: 3570k
GPU: GTX 670 (can't decide to go with Asus or Gigabyte )
Mobo: Gigbyte UD3
CPU cooler: H100
RAM: Corsair 16GB XMS3 (2x 8GB) DDR3 SDRAM 1600MHz
PSU: Corsair AX850 watt (planning on adding another 670 later.. not sure if 850 is enough )
SSD : Crucial 128 GB m4 (open for other suggestions ^^)
HDD : Western Digital Caviar Green 2 TB

Still the case.. can't buy from amazon, cuz of the shipping costs are way high

any suggestions are more than welcomed !

HDD : Western Digital Caviar Green 2 TB
CPU: Good. 3570K $220
GPU: Good. I'd get Asus 670 $430
Mobo: Good since Asrock Extreme4 isn't available on Amazon. Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H $150
CPU cooler: H100 way too expensive. Get Thermalright HR-02 Macho for $53, there's little difference in cooling performance
RAM: 8GB is enough. 2x4GB Vengeance LP $55
PSU: 750W is easily enough for SLI + OC. NZXT Hale82 750W $100 (80+ bronze, semi-modular)
SSD : Good. M4 128GB $120
HDD : I'd get a 7200RPM drive. Seagate ST2000DM001 $108
Case: e.g. Cooler Master HAF XM $130

= $1366 plus $15 for a DVD drive that you didn't list

Why is the shipping cost important? Amazon has free shipping on a lot of cases, just like other components.

Also

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

I'm buying from Amazon.com, but shipping to Libya."that's in north of Africa if you don't know" lol 😀 !

So no free shipping to my country!

1 pound = $10 ... a 22pounds case such as 500r priced @$120 the shipping only will cost about $220 almost double the price 🙁 !

The question was "what country I'm buying from" ... 🙂 !

I didn't know Amazon ships to Libya... 😵

Wouldn't it be cheaper to buy somewhere closer like Europe? Amazon.de or Amazon.co.uk?

Two words. Highway. Robbery. It would probably be cheaper for you to take a commercial flight to New Jersey and go to Microcenter and fly back with your rig on your lap.

it is probably better for him to shop the hefty stuff (case) locally. At least that's the case when i ship to my country.. 10$/pound it's the same that i pay for the shipping, it's waay to expensive to ship a case.. can you list the case's you can buy locally? and their prices? that way the people here in the forum might help you pick the best between what you have available

 Dunno what the computer market is like in Libya, but if there is anything remotely decent available it's probably preferable to paying $10/pound.

man!! no good cases what so ever 🙁.... nothing good ...!

let me put it this way: 99% of Electronics retailers workers don't even know that the Core i5 2450m is dual core with HT ... they just calling it i5... when I asked the guy in the shop if it's a quad or a dual core he answered it's an i5.
I mean *duh* :| !

I LOLed At his FACE 😀 !

yeah it's pain no good cases only some old Chinese that no body even knows the maker of it .. !

So i'm thinking about the 500r but it's 22pounds which means it'll cost me about $400 🙁 ... ?? from $120 to $400 A Complete Rip Off!

Such is life I guess. You know, you don't really need a case for the computer. You can always start it up with a screwdriver!
