Hi, I have a Kaspersky 2010 Internet security legal license. I was just wondering, if I were to format my OS, could I use the same license afterwards?

Yes AFAIK, the no-no is more than one PC using the license at a time. As long as you haven't given out the key to someone else, you will be fine.
