Help needed with external HDD

Hi,

I am fairly new in this type of business. I was looking to buy an external HDD for my laptop and I wanted to ask you about what brand/model to choose.

I am looking for a bargain, as I don't want to spend over $120-$130 for that. I am not looking for mega-uber storage, but more storage capacity is obviously better. I am looking for a 320-to-500 GB HDD, preferably (no need for 1 TB, and if i can get more reliability out of a 320 GB, so be it).

PS: Ah, I forgot to ask... huh, if I want to store video files on the HDD, can I read them on my TV by connecting the HDD with, for instance, my PS3 (or any DVD player hooked up with my TV)?

I recommend buy a SATA hard drive enclosure with at least USB2.0 interface and ESATA if you can use it or if you want it for later date and then grab a hard drive to add to it. Check these links...................
