Help needed to chose a P4 Mobo.

I want a Mobo for overclocking, with lan, 6 channel sound, firewire..... for a P4C 2600HT(maybe 2800).
I'd like a kind of my Asus A7N8X dlx but for P4, I mean, with the same features and sound quality.

I'm thinking about this . Firewire is a must, and sound quality for 6 chanel analog too.

Also I'd like to know if there are compatibility issues with 9700pro/9800Pro. Also ABIT AI-7 GURU is in my budget and asus p4c 800 dlx.

What do you think about P4P800 deluxe? seems very nice... does it tune overclock itself like gforce fx's do? What about sound quality?
