How else do I channel more traffic? I know there's a ton of lurkers on off topic 24/7, but I doubt networking forum is active at all around now.

I just called. They have 24/7 technical support.

Either try back during business hours when you can talk to someone other than a support monkey who might actually know something, or like LordRaiden said, get a new ISP.
