Staples screwed my rebate and I have to resubmit it again. However, I did not save the rebate form. If someone has this rebate form, please PM me or at least tell me the promotion# or offer# and the mail address. thanks.
the software is: siren jukebox 2.0 (upc 724740001515)
rebate period: one week only 4/7-4/14 and rebate amount is $15.

Sorry I don't have the form for you - I'm printing out 5 rebate forms for Staples right now myself. I do the automatic submission to avoid confusion. Just a suggestion for next time...:frown:

FOBioPatel, when you say you do the automatic rebate, does that mean you file online? Have you
done this lately? If so, has it gone through> I've been trying for over a week, but the rebate
site form is screwed up. Go through all the steps until I get to enter my State, the block is screwed up & after that there is no submit button. I've sent several e-mails to the customer
service center, but no answers. Site reports they are experiencing technical difficulty.

Thanks for your reply.

Were you using Netscape? If so, have you tried using IE? I know with the online printout form (the one you fill in afterward manually), Netscape doesn't print the part that you need to fill in for some reasons :(. Works fine with IE.

If you have problems not getting your rebates try these.
Those of us who use rebates are aware of how long they take, and how some never seem to show up. Losing a rebate can make a "great" deal into a stinker.

Try these online sites:
www.rebateshq.com
www.rebatestatus.com

The first is used by staples, among other, and you can put in your name and zip code and see what is happening with your rebate.

The second is used by a number of companies also; you can put in an email request to have a missing rebate researched.

I find a surprising number of rebates are in "processing" mode until I inquire about them..at which time they magically transform into a printed check. I don't know whether to blame the rebate fulfillment house for incompetence, or the manufacturer for delay tactics, but either way, check your rebates, and after waiting the requisite 8-12 weeks, ask them to check them out.

You're absolutely right, especially if you do a lot of them! I think they hold them until you call and hope that you forgot until the rebate is archieved, and then they act like they are so sorry but the it is somehow you're fault.

Staples really sucks. Any "deal" you get from them you have to earn.
