Help needed for gaming.

Hi friends,
I've just bought a new system. Specifications are :
Intel Core 2 duo
2 GB DDR2
Asus motherboard P5QPL-AM
NVIDIA 9600 GT Graphic Card
500 GB HDD

Are the above specifications good enough for average gaming? I am not an extreme gamer but I like to play games like FIFA, Cricket , NFS etc. Please Help.

P.S. I dont have much knowledge about the hardware.
 
You should be okay for the types of games you listed (in NFS's case, it may depend on which one.) I hope you didn't pay much for that rig though...
