Antec 1650 comes in black too w/ 350 watts smart power dual=$65. i am using it and have more hardware than you w/ A64 3000 venice. saves you $90 and enough power and solid case and psu.
7800GT eVGA comes w/ jetway mobo combo that has excellent review here by anandtech =$ 359 after rebate. excellent mobo w/ much better vedio card and $15 saved
The combo (case/psu and mobo/vedio card) will save you another $25
total saving=$130. Spend it on 2x1gig rams
Ram recommendation: 2x1gig Patriot LL =$257
Or 4x512 Crucial = $220
And if you wan good overclocking rams check Patriot XBLK 2x512 =$157
They are cheapest Samsung TCCD which are one of the best overclockers in 2x512.

for overclocking. Many guides for overclocking rams, cpu, and bunch of other techniques.
also members are experts helpfull as is here.
A64 3000 venice can easily overclock to 2.6-2.7 Ghz w/ good set of rams 1:1.
But good value rams will also be fine as long as you use divider. Dont worry about terms. After visiting the forum I linked here and reading stickies (guides) and threads you will become a pro in overclocking.
Something eles for amusement beside playing game. Overclocking is funn and am sure you would enjoy it+ saveing $ bringing your system to A64 3700-4000 w/ venice 3000.
Good luck

unfortunately, i believe the evga 7800gt/motherboard deal is over. im still thinking about the 7800GT though. is it $100 better than the HIS X800XL.

Another thing ive been wondering about...should i be thinking about 2 smaller harddrives in Raid rather than 1 large HD?
