I need help, I have a ricoh mp9060a ide dvd/cd burner and i need it send it back for repairs/replacement. Ricoh will not allow me to send it in without proof of purchasing. They are affriad that I might have just taken it from someone else. Even if the drive was manufactured on april 2000 so its a little more then a year but the drive was not purchase more then a year ago. I do not have a recipt or the upc code so they will not let me send it in.
Can you help me get a scan copy, i think a scan copy will work, i will call them back to confirm, but till i get one i can't do so.
