Help, need to restore system before accessibility option was enabled.

I am still running Windows ME program. I enabled the accesibility for people with poor vision.. it made everything huge. Even on the interent. Making it difficult to operate for me. I cant shut it off, and my monitor isnt allowing me to increase my resolution. Its also not giving me all the color options. I dont know what is wrong. Can anyone help me please?
