help? need the highest FSB possible

What options do I have to get the highest memory bandwidth possible? I use it for audio work, so I need it to:

1. Have a high memory bandwidth.
2. Be quiet! (cooling options needed)
3. Stable
4. Have the PCI bus running at 33Mhz (or close to it)

I was going to go for an unlocked 1900+ and 8K3A+ solution, with the FSB increased as much as possible. But am now thinking of an Intel 1.6A sys with either DDR or rambus??

Q: Which of the available chipsets will give me the best memory bandwidth?
Q: Will it allow me to lock the PCI bus at 33Mhz?

Just to note, i'm also getting a 'cuda IV HDD, and radeon 7500 (for dual head). Any issues here?

Thanks - im so confused with what to get! I cant make up my mind!

1. For the best available bandwidth I would go for a Pentium 4 Rambus solution which will give you a maximum bandwidth of 3.2GB/s - Maximum for DDR is 2.7GB/s (PC2700) unless you buy Corsair PC3000 memory modules and that only good for overclocking.
2. I've have a P4 1800 @ 2400 - The PCI is 33Mhz, AGP 66Mhz (x4), Memory 533Mhz (Sunsung Rambus PC800 @ PC1066 - timings set to 4x and Turbo Mode) - and a bandwidth of 4.2GB/s.
3. Motherboard used is Asus P4T-E.
