I have about had it with my sys running messed up all the time. No WIN 2000 installation....No Win XP PRO Installation.
98SE runs fine but a couple of games don't even load. I am going to test my HDD but I really doubt that is it.
So I am either down to a new CPU or MOBO as the culprit. If it does turn out to be the CPU as the prob I am going with an
ATHLON 1800+. If it's the MOBO.........well that's where this thread comes into play. I have tried MSI and they seem good and
ABIT IS TERRIBLE...no thoughts there. Asus and MSI are pretty good so if some people could give some suggestions that would
help. Also, I am running SDRAM right now....if the new MOBO you are suggesting is DDR please give RAM suggestions as well. I am
on a budget so try to keep it below a $100 for the MOBO.
