Ok,
I have MANY pc's that get reimaged frequently, anyone know of any apps, scripts, *.bats that I can use to configure static ip's?
All of the gateways and subnets are the same, just need something to make things easier than manually clicking on all of the screens.
Win2k
sp1

Thanks for any help!

Um,
not really.
Hence the name "static", not "dynamic"...

If you re-image frequently, you might as well use DHCP. With DHCP you can create a list of IP addresses that get assigned to certain PC's based on their MAC address. So, they get the same address every time.

You might also try to use something like Netswitcher. You could configure the IP on the machine once, save the config to the network. When you re-imgae, just re-load the file, reboot and watch it go. DHCP would be easier, however, as it would require no intervention. Plug and go.
