Help! Need advice on upgrading my cpu!

I just bought Call of Duty 4, and it?s a great game. I was hoping my system would run it at higher settings than it does (800*600 with low to medium detail). Is there a way I could get noticeable performance gains by upgrading my motherboard/cpu/ram? Currently I have a 3200+ running at 2.64ghz in a socket 754 DFI Lanparty mobo with a gig of ram. I also have a Radeon X1950 GT (AGP). I was wondering if my cpu/mobo is bottlenecking my video card, and if there is a better fit for my graphics card out there? Or am I up a creek and should I probably just get an entire new computer and get a PCI-E card? I mainly use my computer for gaming. Thanks for any help!
 
If you don't want to do a complete upgrade yet, you can get a newegg or mwave open box motherboard (also called refurbished) for around $30, and upgrade the video card to pci-e. Just look for an nforce4 chipset board. You can also upgrade the power supply to a decent 500-600w if you go with the 8800gt or gts card. Then transfer the video card and power supply when you decide to do a proper upgrade.
 
Depending on your budget, I would consider a new system. You can build a decent budget system that will show a huge difference in your games. Parts come very cheap on ebay these days😉
