HELP! My Logitech z560 speakers won't turn on

I just received them today and hooked up everything correctly. However they won't turn on. I checked all the connections, and they all are correct. I don't know why the speakers aren't getting any power.. Any ideas?

If you did everything right, then maybe its time to RMA it? Because if you didnt do anything wrong, its a faulty set.

Join the club. They probabaly blew out, and its RMA time.

turn on the switch on the sub as well as on the control center.

I had the exact same problem when I received mine last week. Hooked everything up, threw on the master switch on the sub, and pushed the power button on the control panel. Nothing happened. Actually, I heard a very brief THUMP from the sub, but that's it. I was about to email a complaint that the system was DOA when I decided to unhook the control panel cable from the sub and reinsertit. Presto! Everything worked. I have no idea what happened, since I had checked the connection before (but never unhooked it). Maybe the system needed warming up the first time? Unlikely, I know, but I'm at a loss as to why it didn't work at first. Oh well, things work now

My sub works, but the four other speakers are faulty. Do you think it's the wires? Or must I RMA it?

Hm.... i've just about tried everything

Is there anything else I can do on my end before I RMA it?

Maybe the fuse is blown.
