Nazi's...belonging to a Nazi. (That Nazi's gun is unloaded.)

The plural form of most nouns is created simply by adding the letter s.

* more than one snake = snakes
* more than one Nazi = Nazis
* more than one Barrymore = Barrymores

There are lots of spelling/grammar Nazis on this site.

Dear NinjaTech,

Fix the title of the haircut thread. It is pissing me off every time I see it.

It should be "Moms" not "Mom's". You seem to have apostrophe problems. Maybe you should seek professional help.

Love,

Too many "rules of the English language" to post them ALL here...all we can do is post a few "guidelines for the illiterate." :p

I don't think guidelines work very well... every time I see someone post "your" instead of "you're" I die a little inside. By now I'm dead man walking, I see it so much on facebook.

Whenever I flip over to my Facebook tab, I turn off the give-a-shit mode... if I didn't, I'd probably stalk and murder half the people I run into on the site. People just sound like fucking morons there.

I get it, taking time out of grammar for quick messaging is convenient, easy and gets done faster - I'm prone to take shortcuts when it comes to quick neffing, facebooking, or with IM/SMS... but to the extent some of those folks mutilate the language? No.

honestly I don't care about txt shorthand (u, w8, etc). but, like many people, "your/you're" (and, to a lesser extent, their/they're) is by far my biggest pet peeve. I actually feel like someone is stabbing me in the brain with an ice pick whenever I see it.
