Help, my computer reboots when i disconnect from my network!

this only started to happen this morning

i have 2 nics, both dlink, one 10mb the other 100mb. i am using the 100mb right now.

this is exactly what i did:
i went to network properties
saw my "lan connection" that corresponded to my 100mb nic
right clicked on it, clicked disable
then right clicked again, and enabled it
then clicked the start menu immediately after, and then it rebooted on its own.

this doesn't happen with my 10mb nic. i have a powerman 300w psu, i'm running win2k pro. any idea what's going on?

i've tried it 3 times now. it rebooted every time

If you are using W2K: Right-click "My Computer" > System Properties > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > System Failure ... make sure "Automatically reboot" is not checked.
