It all started when i'd go to sleep and i'd wake up and all my open programs were all closed. It happened for a while and then today it happened with me watching. I get this weird popup message saying something like :

"this system is shutting down...initiated by NT Authority System...Windows must restart Remote Procedure Call (RPC). Service terminated unexpectedly"

It gives me like 60 seconds to close any programs and it counts down before it restarts. WHy is this happening. It's happening more and more frequently now and I haven't installed anything new.

I'm running XP pro. Any more info you need i'll provide. Thanks

EDIT!!!

Never mind, i read another post about it and i had to download a patch because Bill Gates decided to screw with us windows users again!

Stick which patch up here so people that float by find it. This is seriousely ticking me the shuck off. I went into Admin Services and then told it to stop restarting when the prob happens, that stopped the rebootin. But i still get the gay message, the XP patch is being a slow mothershucker...
