help msi mobo won't repost

I have a msi ms-6119 mobo flashed the bios now the mobo won't repost itself . if I shut down and turn on than hit reset everything is fine need a new bios flash from a cybermax comp or another comp with a ms 6119 mobo

don't think so i never saved before so i don't know if i did so i would say no
