I just added a MSI Pro 266 Master (6366) to my existing system with Windows XP Pro. I anticipated lots of conflicts with changing the motherboard, but as soon as XP begins to load, I get the Blue Screen of Death, saying "A Problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer..." followed by the following error message:

The Error message is as follows:
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFC8D3640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I've tried booting in Safe Mode with different XP installs, and every time it gets to the ...System/DRIVERS/agp440.sys load, the screen hangs for a sec and it goes into the error screen. I have the most recent bios installed, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try a logged boot? I saw a similar problem with mine (I assume you're doing a step-by-step boot) at agp440.sys and there's actually some more stuff that is loaded after that.
