HELP! Monitor/vidcard prob

Got a t-bird 800 system recently-
Vid card is inno3d Tornado Geforce 2 MX. Monitor is IBM P72.
I O/Ced the card to 195/207, CPU is not O/C (@800). I have frozen up after playing UT online for a while. (for some reason doesnt do when not online). the other day it froze again, after reboot I noticed the bottom third of screen was blurry (vertical/horiz alignment off). I tried playing with card settings, pulling out- putting back in card, reconnecting monitor...nothing works.

Q: (i know i can test by swapping cards/monitors etc, but...)
Has anyone heard of this before? Is it monitor or card? (card doesnt smell burnt )

First of all you should've lowered the clock when you noticed it crashing (halting, same thing) and see if it still does it. Second, are you on a modem? If it only happens online, maybe it's the modem (though maybe you don't play as long when you aren't online?) And lastly, the bottom third of your screen is all screwed up NOW, even after reboot and swapping cards? Doesn't sound good dude.
