HELP!!! Monitor Problems

Ok so I bought an eMachines computer off someone here an took it home hooked it up to my perfect working Mitsubishi 15" LCD monitor and the display is only taking up 2/3 of the screen in the top left corner and it displays this message:

"Attention:
Signal Frequency
is out of Range

FH>81.3kHz (-)
FV>99.7 Hz (+)

Please change signal timing"



What does this mean???

um....

i would try:
right click > properties > settings > advanced
then find where you can change the frequency settings and make them lower (60 - 75 hz is usual for LCD's)
