I just purchased that monitor a week ago and sent it back today actully. I was disappointed because the stores 955df looked great and for 247$ shipped I thought I got away with a good looking monitor for 247$. Once I recieved it , it had terriable sag in the middle of the screen top and bottom. Like my taskbar was smiling at me. Too bad. Another fella had the same problem on a review on Pricegrabber.com under the 955DF. He too sent his back. I do not know what to tell ya but I heard these are one of the top selling 19" in that class and its weird that there are so many issues with them. I might go to the local store and view it first then buy it, but then again I might just get a different line or brand. Techonweb.com did a great job on customer service and I recommend them. Full refund . Here is a quote from Samsung on my problem I had.
Dear Customer,
What you are experincing is the cut of the glass and there is no adjustment.
Thank you,
Marc H.

Message: I just received a 955DF monitor from Techonweb.com(authorized dealer). The reason I went with this monitor was for my second computer that I would use mostly for work. My friends will game on it head to head. I went to a local CompUSA and was looking at the different models and this one stood out big time. The sharpness of this was awesome. Now I found it for 200$ and figured would be a great sharp good looking tube for my second comp. Only thing I did not like about it was the 1280x960 at 75hz. Wish it was 85hz but at that price I would live with it. I also checked the monitor in the store by stretching it almost all the way but leaving a small ring of black around the edges to see the straightness of th! is monitor. Looked great. Almost a complete perfect square. Turns out now that I ordered one and set it up it is not what I saw in the store. This monitor suffers bad from a big dip in the center of the picture. Kinda like if someone was pulling down on the center/bottom of the screen. I had a Sylvania before this monitor that had a certain setting that would fix this. This ones controls would only allow the edges to be adjusted. There is no way to adjust the center so that the center is not bowed down. Basically the vertical lines are higher than the vertical middle lines. What can you do for me. I have owned this for less than 2 hours and this will not be acceptable. I will be making a complete assesment of this monitor for the five hardware review/forum websites that I get reviews from. I will not post anything unless this matter is not taken care of.
