HELP: Messed up Newegg order just right now; two shipping charges.

AHHHHH!!

Somehow, for some reason, my friend ended up paying for two shipping charges just right now. Don't ask me how. But how is Newegg's email response? Will they be able to combine the two items before they ship it out? Right now, the order status says Step1: Good - Order Confirmed. Order is being prepared in the warehouse. Item will ship in 1-2 business days (something like that).

Newegg can't be contacted by phone right now since they close at 5:30 pst.

Give them an email, and call them again tomorrow morning.
 
Call or email, I messed up an order on a weekend (ordered wrong product) they don't work until monday, so I sent them an email, they told me that it had shipped, but all I had to do was deny the package, I did, they credited my CC and all was good.
 
I did call them up. However, as noted, their stores are close. My friend place the order after store hours. I guess, as long as, the credit card goes through STEP 1 will be automated (right?).

 
Hmm...I put a case in my cart, then added a CPU with free shipping and the shipping went up another $8. What's up with that?
