help .... memory issue

Puchased some OCZ PC4000 256mb EL ddr gold edition (2 sticks ) for my IC7-G v1 .... updated to latest bios still no post, no beep nada.... Question is there and issue w/this memory & my Board .
Should I get it replaced or refund?

try using one stick at a time and see what happens

did and done that... call OCZ they going to rma it for me i pick it up from newegg refurbished last thurs.
