Is this ddr or pc133(yes I'm too lazy to look it up). Are you using generic ram or namebrand. Reset the CMOS using the jumper on the motherboard and see what happens.

Reset everything and don't have sound, nic, hard drives, burner, etc hooked up or installed.

Do you mean take them out from the computer?

I think I installed the WinXP with my WORKING CPU, does it matter?

And my 2nd computer did try other 2 CPU ( both not working on my 1st Comp ) , it not working either..

See if the core is cracked.
No you do not have to take them out, just unhook them from the motherboard :)

In the center of the CPU you will see something that looks like a square. Examine it and see if it looks fine to you.

If you are getting fans spinning up and CDroms flashing etc but not posting a few ppl have complained about this with the K7S5A ecs board. I've also noticed some other posts for other boards getting the same result. What has worked for some ppl is to reseat the Ram a few times and or clean the contacts and blow out the slot. Also for some it is an issue with the PSU check out this faq on PSU over at
OCworkbench
While you're there if you go to the forum on K7S5A you'll see a few posts with that sort of problem.
Good luck

He doesn't have the K7S5A WeeWolf. Nismo, if it is working with the one XP1600 and nothing else then the CPU's are bad. Why would it work with one XP1600 and then no others? Your problem started when you changed the FSB jumper from 100 to 133. THere has got to be something else out of whack. Shuttle. From what I just read on the Shuttle web site, there is a setting in BIOS for FSB and the CPU multiplier is set through BIOS. FSB @ 133 should work fine with XP1600.

You may want to flash to the latest bios? just a shot in the dark, as those procs should be supported by the default bios on that board.
