i have been trying to install flatout2 for a few hours now, and so far, no luck. I get all the way through installation, and right at the end, it tells me, its missing this dll file.

isusweb.dll

it gave the path "c:\winnt\downloaded program files

the file is not there. ive spent like an hour on google trying to find out how i can get the file. its something from Instalshield, so i went to their website, and tryed to run some update, but after that installation, it gave me the same error. then, i tried to download the dll, but the only websites that had it charge $15 for it. what can i do? or, maybe im not really understanding the problem. if anybody knows anything about this, please help.

So you bought this program and the installer doesn't work? Sounds like its time to contact the developers and ask them either for a fix or for your money back.
 
well, it seems like it is more of a problem with my computer. or not? im still not really sure. there is no information on the internet about this.

maybe i should try installing it on another computer. no wait, thats illegal isnt it. 🙁
