It's actually a secured Visa through my credit union and they said I need a letter with a signature stating I'd like to cancel my Visa.

I'm writing to cancel my VISA card, xxx-xxx-xxx. I'm sorry we have to part ways, but this couldn't have come as a complete shock. We had our good times together, like when we purchase a round for the whole bar. But we also had the bad, like when I sent in my payment 2 days late and you hit me up with those charges.
