im using win98se and have all the latest updates, also ive got latest antivirus and there are no virus.

this comes up on hotmail and every secure site i try to log on to .

any idea?
 
I don`t know if this will work but worth a try go into Internet options via tool tab at top of IE browser try putting all the security,trusted tabs at default level.

I had this same problem...lemmie guess...u are running ME?? hehe...I figured out if you log OUT of passport and also uninstall MSN messenger and reinstall it it goes away...
