Help me with my MSI PRO266 motherboard please.

I installed everything and I have an odd problem. If I put in any pci cards while I have my gf2 in the mobo gives error beeps or displays scrambled output. If I put the gf2 in by itself everything is fine. Also if I use a pci video card along with all my pci cards I have no problems. This gf2 worked fine in my old mobo and I ever tried another GF2 and it didnt help. Whats wrong? Thanks.

CPU: Thunderbird 1000 B chip
Mobo: MSI PRO266
Video card: Leadtek Geforce 2.

are u using the default bios? try loading bios default values. I have the same board and geforce 2 with a sound and nic pci and everything is fine, so either ur configuration is wrong or in the worst case have a bad board
