I need help in picking parts or tweaking the rig Im thinking about buying
Im mainly going to be playing CS:GO and Overwatch but will be trying out other games too

Add an SSD, a computer at that price should have one. And do you really need Windows Pro? If you don't then the saving from dropping down to Windows home will pay for the SSD.

Also, change the video card. No reason to buy a GTX 970 when you should be able to get a GTX 1060 6GB version for around the same price. It's faster, more ram, and better DX12/driver support.

For both list change the SSD to 240-256 GB, this will give more room for applications. Also for the second list get a 1050Ti as it will be much faster and you can play new AAA titles a lot better then the 750Ti.
