Help me with a few older, laid back songs

Trying to make a CD for someone in which I know nothing about her taste of music. So I'm just trying to put on a bunch of 70s, 80s, 90s easy listening songs.

So far I have-

Come on Eileen
Piano Man
Somewhere over the Rainbow(Hawaiian Version)
Hey Jude
Karma Police
Wonderful Tonight
Black Velvet

Allman Brothers- Jessica, seems to fit in with those songs. Greatful Dead.. well just about any of it but Whiskey in the Jar, Ripple, and Uncle John's Band come to mind.

You Light Up My Life
Afternoon Delight
Me and Mrs Jones
The Air that I Breath
Billy, Don't Be a Hero
Midnight at the Oasis
Jackie Blue
Love Will Keep Us Together
Muskrat Love
Rhinestone Cowboy
Theme from Mahogany
Tempted by the Fruit of Another
Don't Give Up of Us Baby
Sir Duke

I was going to suggest Cowboys from Hell by Pantera, but that one works.

David Bowie-Space Oddity or Golden Years
Fleetwood Mac-Dreams, or really any Fleetwood
Nirvana Unplugged
Doobie Brothers-Long Train Runnin'
Dark Side of the Moon
Grand Funk Railroad-I'm Your Captain/Closer to Home
Dire Straits-Sultans of Swing
Traffic
