Help me undo comcasts tinkering

So comcast took over attbi. I decided to let their program redo the mail info for my computer. Now at the top on internet explorer and outlook express it says provided by comcast high-speed internet. I want that phrase GONE. How can I get rid of it.

And the obvious solution is never run anything your ISP gives you and says you must use it. 🙂 But I'm betting you could also reinstall IE with Outlook Express included to replace the text. It is just a registry entry though, easily changed.

Okay thanks guys. I did a registry search for comcast and found where the titles lay hidden. So I changed them. I guess I should have known better than to use their software, but I wanted to know what it did as opposed to changing them myself. Now I know.
