Help me to identify my Radeon 7500

Well i dont know who made it..?
And if it does support the dual CRT's configurations....
Anyhow my customer have bought the card two months ago from computergeeks.com
it came in the "retail" package, which featured Powered by ATI logo.. it also says "64 MB DDR memory on board"
There is like a picture of the robot (?) on a box holding a shining ball (sorry I am trying to be descriptive)
There is no information about the manufacturer on the box or on the card itslef....
The card is very characteristic.. it uses blue PCB and a cheap aluminium "orb" type cooler.. info on a cooler fan:

Card does feature three connectors:
regular vga at the bottom, then there is DVI connector, and TV/OUT at the top.....
What else?

Like I said there is no info about the manufacturer on the card, and I need some more detailed info about it....

heh!
You wont believe it, but that was the first thing i tried........
After doing some research, I figured that the card I have is similar looking to this one...But not quite, the heatsink shape is diffrient, more "cheap" looking.. And the box looks diffrient too, there is no info on it whatsoever....
