Help me to eliminate a phantom HDD

So, I have a non-existent HDD letter to eliminate.
When I try to access to the (Q: ) drive windows says 'Q: ' is not accessible. Access is denied.' (obviously, the drive doesn't exist...) and when I go through 'Disk Management' I can't even see a (Q: ) drive to eliminate...

I've already tried to activate the Admin account but I can't change the object owner anyway:

I'm on W7 64bit, what should I do? :-/

My sense is you have been given a dose of malware. Have you been on Facebook or My Space lately?

Anyway, you should run a full AV/malware scan of your system. Have you tried System Restore to an earlier date?

Also, read this thread and consider a bootable disk utility.

Exactly: the mess happened when I installed that shit GRRRRRRRRRR
I paid for the software (duh...) and before to finally get it, Microsoft politely asked me if I wanted to buy a backup disk: yes, the box I've ordered was merely a serial code, they don't even supply a cheap ass CD ROM... And I had to create an account on their own damn site, for what? That wasn't to download the software I bought (so I could create my el cheapo backup CD), but to download a shitty 2 MB 'web-installer' or something, a shitty 2 MB web-installer that didn't even asked me where to install all that garbage... (hell I'm on a 60 GB harddrive!)

Yeah, the "Q:" drive is a key hint. That's the drive letter for Office 2010's "Click-to-run" virtual drive, used for online installation.

Since that "Q:" drive ties up that drive letter (you can hide it, but you can't free up that drive letter without removing MS Office 2010), you may want to uninstall the online-installed version and go to the MSI-version:

Is there a way to get rid of that mess? Just uninstall will work? I'm thinking for a refund...
I've just read the blog of those damn fucktards, it looks that the 'phantom' drive is a 'fantastic' feature of Office2010.
I can't even see how much space it takes on my harddrive... And I couldn't even choose the path of the installation...

...And I paid for it.
