I'm in the middle of a training class for a call center, and we've decided to play a joke on one of the fellow trainers. I'm trying to think of two extremely complicated questions, computer software (windows preferred) questions to give to the new agents and have them ask my fellow trainer. =)

Sort of jaw-droppers if I can, something he would never expect them to ask.

I've been thinking for a few but am currently unable to think of something he wouldn't already know. >.<

example off the top of my head, i work in 3rd line/systems management support for a large global I.T company, i had a colleague of mine ask the question on how to delete specific URL's (or web address's) within the address bar drop down in IE the other day.

for example:

how do you delete specific URL's using Registry Editor?

its not a very techy question, but if hes not familiar with RegEdit, then it could be a bit tricky maybe.

do you really need to do that? I was always under the impression that the drop down bar only shows sites in your history. couldn't you just delete them out of your history?

Well in this case my colleague wanted to delete a "Typed URL" not a history stored URL, as this specific workstation that was used was for intranet sites only not internet, and you can only clear the whole history through internet options, not specific URL's.
