It is. Wardriving is a more generic term, I suppose.

IIRC, Wardriving is driving around and using a Wi-Fi laptop to access other LANs for general network use (whether to steal data, steal broadband connection, etc) while Wartuning seems to be a branch of Wardriving that's aimed specifically at iTunes and wireless music access.
