Help me stop snoring. . .

DIAF?

To be useful I don't know if there is any. The spray worked for my dad (free sample) but cost was prohibitive. I say just sleep face-first in the pillow... or put a sock in your mouth.

Unfortuantly, I flip repeatedly during the night. Going to sleep on my stomach means I'd flip over in mere minutes. . .

Maybe those "bandaid-looking" white bandages you put on your nose? Those are supposed to help I've heard.

Ok I tried those, and that had to be the biggest 'fake' why did I buy this crap moment ever. . .

Shine a laser pointer down your throat until the searing beam shrivels up your adenoids. If you're really good and you have a nice pointer try to give yourself a tonsilectomy with it.

I've already had a Tonsillectomy and Adnoidectomy as a child.

#1 don't sleep on your back.
#2 If you are overtired you will snore more. Get at least 8 hours.
#3 Use some sinus medication and "the throat spray" (I forget what it's called)
