cannibal/cannibal across(1 cannibal back)---cannibal/cannibal across(1 cannibal back)---missonary/missionary across(missionary/cannibal back)---missionary/missonary across(cannibal back---use one cannibal to get the rest across)

-send one of each, leave the cannibal there.
-send two cannibals, leave one there.
-send two missionaries, return with 1 of each
-send two missionaries, return with 1 cannibal, who will shuttle the other 2 over.
