I'm looking for some help setting up an exercise routine to help my golf game, and general fitness.
A little backgroud...
I'm 6'5 ~225-230lbs, 29 yrs old. I use the eleptical machine every other day, so I'm pretty happy with my cardio workout, as I've seen nice increases in my stamina and decent weight loss over the last couple months.
However, I'm very inflexible, and this really hurts my golf game. I'd really like a good set of stretches/exercises that will increase the range in motion of my joints and flexibility in my back/core/hips/neck/shoulders, etc... you get the point.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
