help me put together a NAS with RAID capabilities...

I want to create a central repository for data files we use (photos, web work, 50mb PSD files) accessible over a network. Would like to have redundancy with the RAID, in case on drive fails, we have backup on another. Ideas?

Buy a RAID controller, some hard drives, toss them into a case, install windows, viola!
