Hi,
I'm trying to max out everything on my setup. I currently have my CPU @ 3.29GHz (7 x 470). I tested my RAM (Corsair 6400C4, promos) which maxed out @ DDR-1000 with loosen timing and 2.15v.
I try to max out NB and FSB voltage but it won't run stable @ 475. I felt that something might not be right here. Since stable 470 is reachable at stock voltage (NB ,FSB). Also I think there's more to go in my E6300.
Any thought?

why are you running such a low multiplier? Also what ratio are you running?

He's running the higest he has.

I suspect it's your RAM.

Regardless of what it maxes out otherwise, when running 1:1 at such high FSB speeds, i wouldn't be surprised if it starts crapping out.

What's vcore?

i have the same board with an e6400, if i turn the multiplier down to 6 i can push the fsb to around 550

i can also run my ram at over 1200. But my e6400 tops out at 4ghz, so i have no reason to go over 500

Vcore is 1.3625v. I tried to max out the RAM by setting multiplier to x6 and set low FSB but extending the RAM speed to DDR2-1000 and it has 10 hrs of dual primes.
How can I find out it's my RAM or mobo?

What voltage (NB, FSB)/ RAM of your setting to get 550? What is your RAM?

nb was 1.55, fsb set to auto. Crucial anniversary edition. 5-5-5-15 @2.25volt

I can't get my e6400 much above 4ghz though. I have removed the ihs and have to get a storm waterblock to mount everything properly. right now i'm using a shim between my naked die and waterblock.
So until i get a storm, mu temps are pretty bad.
