Personally I'd just call him and tell him if he comes near me, he will receive a nice little bullet. Hopefully he'll get the picture and if he doesn't, you shoot the bastard but don't shoot to kill. Go for the knee caps!

Well if you stay in front of your computer, cruising around anandtech, probably you will live.. lol.. j/k man.. well, I say call you friends and beat the crap out of him... brake his one leg or something like... if he comes again, invite him to your house and shoot him.. that will be self defense in your own propert which will give you the right to do any damn thing to him... and yes, I am serious... if he is that serious about killing you, that was what I would do..

If you invite the guy into your home you can no longer do 'anything' you want to him.... They must be intruders - in your home without your permission for any defense on your part to be justifiable.

So far nobody has addressed the fact that you say you have IM logs. Soooo, go to the cops and show them the logs. If there really are death threats in the logs, they'll take it seriously because it's not a he said, he said thing, you have hard proof.

Personally I would shoot to kill because some way he will find a way to sew your ace then you will have shot him in the knee he will take you to court and get $100,000 from you. If you are ganna soot him, kill him. If he's dead he cant do anything. Also I can see where dabuddha is coming from because shooting someones knee is alot easier than taking a human life. The best outcome is that he doesn't show up...

Because, frankly, nobody is as stupid as PERS is pretending to be. He at least has an average IQ since he's in college, and yet too stupid to call the cops over a death threat which has a specific very small window of when it will occur? If what he says is true here then he deserves what happens for nothing other than being an idiot of epic proportions.

I'm starting to believe less and less on anandtech. Too many kids with too much time to waste on their hands making sh*t up. It's really getting tiring.

I only mentioned the knee caps because he said he's anti violence or whatever it was. Personally he'd get it in the chest a few times from me. I'd tell the cops I was aiming for his legs though :beer::D:beer:

And it does seem like another Aimster to me.

There's this crazy football player at the local highschool who has this fixation w/ one of my friends. He likes her but she rejected him. do not keep a gun with you. report it to the police - they can at least give you advise about what to do. proceed from there.

im also with skoorb here (cuz who wouldnt call the police for this sh!t).
