I try to goto Tools/ Internet Options and I get this message....????
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
what has happened??...........Why cant I get in there and what does that message mean?
Also, I notice that most places I try to sign up for that requires creating a user account that sends me an email verification link to activate an account or forum registration process never gets to my email address anymore????
Can anyone help me figure out this or where I can start looking to fix this??
