These may just be my personal opinion but I am trying to build my first AMD 64x2 rig and am trying to decide between the DFI Lanparty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert and the Asus A8N32 SLI-Deluxe. Both seem to be great boards with the DFI being slightly cheaper and having a few more features. I would love to have some other opinions as to this matter, would even consider other suggestions if there are any as to the best board out there.

Also this my not be the right forum but as for CPU cooling my eye was seriously caught by the Asus Star Ice 4-in-1 Heat Pipe Cooler. Anyone have any experience/opinions on this, was thinkg of going for some overclocking with the 4400+ x2. Any and all feedback would be appreciated!!

I would get the DFI out of those. It's probably the best overclocker out there right now. The A8N32 is popular but according to xbit its performance is a little lower than the other boards due to the dual 16x chipset it uses.
