Help me pick

Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI $85
MSI K8N Neo4 $120
Asus A8N-SLI $123

im leaning toward the Gigabyte because i have a K8NS Ultra-939 and it was a good board but it was AGP and ran off the nForce3 250gb chipset and not im on a ASRock Dual939-Sata2... but i sorta wanna stay away from the gigabute because its got a passive heatsink and NF4 chipset is a small portal to hell.

BUT.....pretty much all the boards have teh same features except the Gigabyte is nForce4 Ultra and not nForce4 SLI...

and i plan on trying to oc a bit more than im at now, now im at ~2.27GHz on a 3000+winchester using 252x9

which one should i get and why?

I have a lot of experience of both the MSI Neo4 and the Asus A8N-SLI. I am very happy with the MSI, although recent BIOS's haven't been particularly good. The Asus is junk - not in the same league. I have owned Gigabyte boards in the past and they have been good.

If you don't need SLI, avoid it.

BTW on the MSI I replaced the NF4 fan with a passive Zalman NB47 because the fan was very noisy.
