Help me pick some memory

I have $100 to spend and what i need is 512 mb of pc3200 ram. I want 2x256 to run dual channel. What is the best i can get?

I'm not sure if it's in your price range, but I'm a solid believer in Corsair. The XMS3200LL is as fast and tight as you could want.

At under $100 the only dual channel kit i found over at newegg was Geil:

There are also Kingston and Corsair sticks for under a hundred on the website.

At that price range i would say that it doesn't matter which company you go with, the three I listed are all good in my experience. But if you went higher i would definatley agree with Zodder and say Corsair.
