Help me pick some good beer (turning 21 tomorrow)!

I'm a beer newb, help me pick out some good beers to try.

lol I should add, I can't actually drink tonight, I'm on duty until Monday evening. But Monday from 6-9 is happy hour, then sleep (have an 8AM class the next day). So I'm stockpiling a few cans of different types of beer and a few different types of wine to sip and try then.

Next Saturday is my night to drink. 😀
 
Paulner is great but hard to find. It is one of my favorites.

go get a cement mixer. that will do you!
 
If you have good friends, I'm sure you'll get to try them all. Of course you'll pay dearly on Sunday.

Edit: love to mix in Mike's Hard Lemonade between beers. Cleanses the pallette between beers. Kind of like bread between course to a meal. Have fun😀
 
If you are a beer n00b, then you'll want something that's easy to drink

Give Newcastle Brown or Boulevard Wheat w/ a slice of lemon in it a try.

Only beers I'll drink, with a bottle of Dunin thrown in on occasion for good measure. But Dunin is expensive as beers run (Bout 9 bucks a bottle)

WTF is it with you people. Do you put any sort of dressing on your salad? How about a slice of lemon in with your water or tea? I don't see anyone making fun of the Corona drinkers and their lime.
 
Yeah, Corona with a wedge of lime is perfect, especially for a beginner. Atleast it will keep you away from that nasty budweiser 😛

At one time I thought Budwesier is terrible. Now, many years of drinking later, I've started looking for a cheap buzz. $12.99 for 30 pk, hard to beat. It isn't that bad, I see people getting it all the time at the bars.
